Jordyn has been a game changer for me during pregnancy and now during postpartum. She helped relieve my lower back and pubic muscle pain while I was pregnant and has been helping me strengthen my pelvic floor now so I can get back to running. She explains the anatomy of the pelvis so I can understand why and where the pain is coming from and writes exercise notes that are easy to follow when I get home. Booking with Sunrise was really easy and their waitlist process with text messages is so convenient. I highly recommend!

Simply put, Jackie is a master class in physical therapy. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and intuitive, but also passionate, caring, and relatable. After months of seeing two other physical therapist with no results, Jackie finally got my daughter headed in the right direction. My daughter was feeling a bit defeated by the time she saw Jackie, but Jackie immediately lifted her spirits and put her on a plan towards running again. We are most grateful!

Can’t say enough about this wonderful physical therapy business in Bend. The therapists I have had over the years have been excellent. The physical building is open and welcoming. The reception staff are helpful. This is a well run first class physical therapy facility.

I absolutely love the ladies at Sunrise Physio! Everyone there is so lovely, helpful, and caring. The front desk ladies are on top of getting you scheduled and making any adjustments you may need. I have been seeing Miranda for well over a year now and she is wonderful. She is so knowledgeable and kind. She listens and is able to find multiple ways to help get my exercises done with items that I have around my house. I have seen much improvement over this year and am feeling better everyday. There isn’t a place I would recommend more than Sunrise Physio!

Sunrise Physio is GREAT! Miranda is awesome! She is excellent at reading my body and what it needs! I've gotten wonderful exercises that have improved my strength and helped releave issues in my body. I highly recommend them and her!

The absolute best. I have used Sunrise Physio off and on over the years - soon after my kids were born, and again after major surgery. They are the absolute best. Sunrise Physio has been the best PT experience I have had. I have been in PT multiple times for the same issue. Every other PT place I have gone to was pushing patients in and out, the doctors were overwhelmed, late to the appointment, rushing in finishing their notes from the previous appointment, it always felt rushed (not the fault of the providers, they were all great, the healthcare system is the problem). Sunrise is not like that at all. Hannah took her time with me to get to know my issues, she explained things well to me, she showed me what was happening with my body with the help of anatomical skeleton model, which was so helpful for me to truly see what's happening and why I am having pain and discomfort. She recommended acupuncture which has been SO helpful and is making me feel better! I also LOVE that the office is all women. I would highly recommend Sunrise Physio.

I had an outstanding experience working with Jordyn! She helped me work through my pelvic floor dysfunction I've been experiencing for well over a decade. Even just after our first session, I felt significant optimism that my condition would improve after years and years of assuming it never would. Jordyn is very bright and personable, and it was easy to want to work with her. Throughout our time working together, she was very mindful and considerate of a hip condition I have; it seemed like every session, she had thought of a new way to build on what we'd been working on to make things easier on my hip. She also was quite willing and able to help me out with any running-related issues or questions I had along the way, even though that wasn't necessarily in scope for why I was there. More broadly, everyone I spoke with at Sunrise was super friendly and made me feel welcome, and the office itself always felt very clean and well-kept. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
